After architectural plans are finalized we will provide you with a fixed price for the project. We’ll go over every detail, from land prep to custom upgrades, ensuring you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

4. Pre-framing and Construction With a solid plan in place, construction begins. Our skilled craftsmen and subcontractors work diligently to bring your dream home to life, adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety. At each important stage of construction, we’ll meet together to discuss progress and verify that choices made during the planning process still meet your needs and goals. 

5. Final Walkthrough Once construction is complete, we’ll conduct a thorough walkthrough with you to ensure every detail meets your expectations. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we guarantee our workmanship with a two year limited warranty after completion.
